12 CONTEMPORARY ARTISTS / 11 HERITAGE SITES
The Romanesque Contemporary Art Biennial, open to the public, is held in eleven locations along the Charolais-Brionnais Romanesque church circuit and at the headquarters of the Charolais-Brionnais Cultural Heritage Study Center (CEP). Contemporary works of art (paintings, drawings, sculptures, installations, photographs, ceramics, textile creations, etc.) interact with the riches of an exceptional architectural heritage.
The Biennale produces original encounters through the discovery of historical monuments and artists' proposals. Organized by the CEP and the Belgian association Lieux-Communs, this 3rd The Romanesque edition invites you to take a unique look at the Charolais-Brionnais region and its medieval heritage.
