Two artists, two approaches, one impulse: the unexpected.
In this two-person exhibition, the fiber art works of two emerging artists, Anne Bolduc and Maude Blondin-Benoit, come together in a shared quest: to explore the unexpected. The tapestries on display become territories of experimentation, shaped by chance, intuition, and material.
Throughout the creative process, silent dialogues emerge—between contrasting textures, diverse and capricious materials, and gestures both spontaneous and thoughtful. These exchanges gradually weave works inhabited by memory and reflection. Each tapestry thus bears the trace of invisible links: between the intertwined fibers, the transformed materials, and the intimate relationship established with the artist.
Installed side by side, these tapestries now invite you to dialogue with them, to enter into a relationship in this unknown space that we can neither control nor fully understand.

This year, both awards were presented by the Faculty Secretary and Director of Student Affairs, Julie Harnois, a true art enthusiast.
