Eternity and One Day.
It's always others who die. We know nothing about death because no one has come back to talk about it, at least not yet. Nevertheless, this is the salon that received the most applications, which is quite revealing of current concerns. The artists at this salon have the ability to imagine what is not, what Rimbaud called seer. They see the past, present, and future on the same level, which doesn't place them above other people, but just alongside them. They are not into scientific calculation, nor into logical analysis or statistics; they are into sensation, and the more they advance, the more they try to sharpen their sensitive functions to better grasp the world and account for it. They operate somewhat in the opposite way to those who harden themselves to resist; they voluntarily weaken themselves and allow themselves to be imbued with the souls of animals and the thoughts of humans, or vice versa. This show does not offer a journey into the afterlife, but rather a dive into what is beyond the visible, because death is the other side of life; it is there.
