Series of crochet masks made between 2014 and 2018

Reminiscent of my time as a make-up artist in show and audio-visual in the 90s and 2000s, I remain intrigued by faces and masks and the particular way in which facial features express a personality or emotions.

In the Creation of masks, there is no longer any need to take into account the primary morphology of the face and free rein is given to the imagination.
