Performance duration: 7 minutes
Take the air, take the air, performance, textile sculpture (mattress covers from an intensive care unit, prints on hospital sheets, seams, inflatable sculpture with a hair dryer). With Sarah Pellerin-Ott dancer, Marie-Noëlle Deverre hair dryer activator, Samuel Boré on piano – Performance presented notably at the Grand Théâtre d'Angers, then at Altadena Libraries in California.
This performance was conceived as part of the personal exhibition of Marie-Noëlle Deverre It's overflowing at the Grand Théâtre d'Angers in 2015, and follows a six-month creation residency at the CHU d'Angers in 2014 and 2015.
The textile sculpture is puffed up with a hair dryer at the start of the performance. The dance develops for 7 minutes until the sculpture is totally deflated.
