Each point is a free and spontaneous gesture, capturing the very essence without restrictions. There is no set pattern, but rather an intuitive exploration of space and form. The embroidery process becomes a meditation in movement, where I compose myself in the creative flow and let myself be guided by the inspiration of the moment. My embroideries begin with detailed drawings and photographs of lichens, taken in their natural environment. These preliminary studies allow me to carefully observe their shapes, textures and colors, then I interpret this information into weaving with thread and needle. Like the lichens themselves, my embroideries are a fusion of various elements. I use a variety of techniques, mixing embroidery and painting.
